The 10-8 Performance Glock MOS Rear Sight works by raising the line of sight needed to aim the gun using the irons, ensuring that there is plenty of clearance left for the profile of suppressors or the bodies of red-dot sights set into the slide.

The 10-8 Performance Glock MOS Rear Sight fits all Glock rear-sight dovetails, including MOS models, but will not fit the G42 and G43 models.
