Premium Optical Performance
The Athlon ARES HLR 2.5-15x42 utilizes high-definition (HD) glass that delivers outstanding resolution, color fidelity, and edge-to-edge clarity. Athlon’s advanced Fully Multi-Coated lenses maximize light transmission while minimizing glare and reflections, providing bright, crisp images even in low-light conditions at dawn and dusk. The 42mm objective lens strikes an excellent balance between light-gathering capability and a compact, lightweight profile, making this scope ideal for both mountain hunting and precision long-range shooting.
AHMC1 Fiber Dot SFP IR MOA Reticle
The AHMC1 Fiber Dot reticle is one of the standout features of this scope. This second focal plane (SFP) illuminated MOA reticle uses a fiber optic illumination system that produces an exceptionally bright and crisp red dot at the center. The fiber dot illumination remains highly visible in bright daylight while offering multiple brightness settings for low-light conditions. The MOA-based subtensions allow for precise holdovers and windage corrections at any magnification, making the ARES HLR an excellent choice for long-range hunting and target shooting.
