The original BCMGunfighter AR-15 charging handle was a massive improvement over the spindly standard "mi-spec" handle. And now BCM introduces their Gen 2 charging handle - improved, upgraded, and refined over the already excellent original.

One key difference is that you no longer need to worry about breaking the pivot pin when you have to put some “oomph” on the handle. Redesigned geometry takes the stress off the latch pin and redirects it into the far stronger T-handle itself. The result is a straighter pull that keeps the energy closer to the centerline of the rifle, so you don’t twist the handle, risking a break, especially when operating the charging with your supporting hand.

The BCMGunfighter Gen2 Charging Handle also has a redesigned shield that prevents gas from blowing back into your face when you’re running your rifle suppressed. Beveled edges optimize the contours of the handle for an easy to grasp, snag-free profile.

  • Fits all mil-spec direct impingement AR-15 upper receivers
  • Snag-free Mod 3B and Mod 4B configurations (described below)
  • Robust forged 7075 T6 aluminum construction
  • Mil-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2 hardcoat anodized for enhanced surface strength
  • NOT compatible with adjustable gas keyed bolt / carrier groups

The BCMGunfighter Gen 2 AR-15 charging handle offers a larger hand engagement surface than a mil-spec handle coupled with a smaller silhouette. It’s available in Mod 3B (large latch) and Mod 4B (medium latch) configurations. Either way, it is sure to improve the reliability, ease of operation, and yes, looks of your AR-15.
