The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Left Hand (Model 036002227) is a premium bolt-action hunting rifle specifically engineered for left-handed shooters. Chambered in the powerful 7mm Remington Magnum and featuring a 26-inch blued barrel paired with a classic wood stock, this rifle delivers exceptional long-range performance and traditional styling. The X-Bolt 2 Hunter Left Hand combines Browning’s renowned accuracy and reliability with a true left-hand action, making it an outstanding choice for left-handed hunters pursuing big game at extended distances.
True Left-Hand Action for Left-Handed Shooters
Unlike many rifles that simply reverse the bolt handle on a right-hand action, the Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Left Hand features a genuine left-hand bolt action. The bolt handle is positioned on the left side of the receiver, allowing left-handed shooters to operate the bolt smoothly and efficiently with their dominant hand. This design improves safety, speed of follow-up shots, and overall shooting comfort by maintaining proper cheek weld and sight alignment throughout the cycling process.
The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Left Hand offers left-handed shooters a premium 7mm Remington Magnum hunting rifle with a 26-inch blued barrel and elegant wood stock.
7mm Remington Magnum Performance
The 7mm Remington Magnum is one of the most respected long-range hunting cartridges available. It delivers high velocity, excellent wind resistance, and superior energy retention at extended distances. This makes it an outstanding choice for hunting large game such as elk, moose, caribou, and even brown bear. The 26-inch barrel on the X-Bolt 2 Hunter maximizes the ballistic potential of the 7mm Rem Mag, allowing it to achieve higher velocities and flatter trajectories compared to shorter-barreled rifles.
26-Inch Blued Barrel
The 26-inch blued barrel is specifically chosen to optimize the performance of the 7mm Remington Magnum. The longer barrel length increases muzzle velocity, improves long-range accuracy, and enhances overall ballistic efficiency. The traditional blued finish provides a classic, non-reflective appearance while offering good protection against the elements. This barrel length is ideal for hunters who frequently take shots at longer ranges in open country or mountainous terrain.
Premium Wood Stock
The X-Bolt 2 Hunter features a handsome wood stock that provides both classic aesthetics and functional ergonomics. The stock is contoured for comfortable shouldering and includes a textured grip area for secure handling in various weather conditions. The wood stock gives the rifle a timeless, elegant look that many traditional hunters prefer over synthetic alternatives, while still delivering the durability needed for serious field use.
