By offering blemished and refurb bullets we are able to pass significant savings on to our customers. Typically these bullets are packed in bulk bags (not boxes) and are factory seconds that didn’t meet specifications.  For many of the bullets the blemish is simply a discoloration in the jacket or were those first through the machine during set up. 
Other important notes:

• These bullets may or may not have a cannelure present. The presence of a cannelure may vary between 2 bags.
• The color of polymer tipped bullets may vary between bags.
• Each bullet should be checked for defects in diameter prior to loading.
• Bullets may need to be dry tumbled to remove sizing/extruding oils and/or lead extrusion tips.
• Grain weights may have slight variances.
