The Faxon GUNNER line of AR barrels are well known in the AR world for their unique profile. The GUNNER profile uses the Government profile dimension from extension to the .625” gas block, then is a pencil profile from the gas block forward to the front.

Removing the weight from the front of the barrel ensures maximum versatility and keeps material to the rear to maximize heat resistance and mitigate whip. Manufactured 100% in-house from cradle-to-grave, these Faxon barrels are fully stress relieved, air-gauge tested, and 11 degree target crowned to ensure superior accuracy.

Each Faxon GUNNER barrel goes through a battery of tests at each manufacturing operation until finished in Nitride and final inspected. All barrels are individually checked for headspace by precision custom hardened gauges.
