The Galco Fletch Auto Holster (Model FL226R) is a premium, handcrafted leather holster designed specifically for the Glock 19, Glock 19X, and Glock 23 pistols. Finished in a rich, classic tan color, this high-ride belt holster combines traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality. With its UPC 601299035126, the FL226R has earned a strong reputation among law enforcement professionals, competitive shooters, and concealed carry enthusiasts who appreciate the quality and reliability of Galco’s Fletch series. Built for right-handed shooters, this holster delivers secure retention, excellent comfort, and a timeless appearance that only premium leather can provide.
Premium Steerhide Leather Construction
Galco’s Fletch Auto holster is crafted from premium steerhide leather, known for its durability, strength, and attractive aging characteristics. Each holster is hand-molded and precisely fitted to the Glock 19, 19X, and 23 platforms, ensuring a secure and consistent fit. The rich tan finish develops a beautiful patina over time, giving the holster a distinctive, broken-in appearance that many shooters prefer. The high-quality leather construction also helps protect the firearm’s finish while providing a comfortable interface against the body.
High-Ride Design for Comfort and Speed
The Fletch Auto features a high-ride design that positions the pistol higher on the belt for improved comfort during extended wear. This carry height allows for a more natural draw stroke while keeping the grip easily accessible. The holster’s forward cant is optimized for strong-side carry, promoting a smooth and efficient draw for right-handed shooters. Whether worn for duty, competition, or everyday carry, the high-ride configuration helps reduce printing and improves overall concealability under a cover garment.
Thumb Break Retention System
Security is a top priority with the Galco Fletch Auto. It features a traditional thumb break retention strap that provides an additional layer of security while still allowing for a fast and intuitive draw. The thumb break is positioned for easy access with the shooting hand, enabling the user to release the strap and draw the pistol in one fluid motion. This combination of passive and active retention makes the FL226R suitable for both open and concealed carry applications.
