GSM 5" Alewife 8 Pack | Model BBB-5RRMA-09
The GSM 5" Alewife 8 Pack (Model BBB-5RRMA-09) is a premium soft plastic bait designed to deliver realistic action and proven results for bass anglers. Featuring a highly detailed Alewife color pattern, these 5-inch baits are sold in a convenient 8-piece value pack. With its UPC 198954007173, this soft plastic has become a popular choice among serious bass fishermen who want a natural-looking bait that closely mimics one of the most common forage fish in many lakes and rivers.
Realistic Alewife Color Pattern
The Alewife color is one of the most natural and effective baitfish patterns available for bass fishing. It features a translucent greenish-silver body with subtle dark shading along the back and a lighter belly, closely mimicking the appearance of real alewives. This color excels in clear to moderately stained water where bass frequently feed on alewives and similar baitfish. The realistic scale detailing and natural coloration allow the bait to blend seamlessly with the surrounding forage while still providing enough profile and flash to trigger strikes from both largemouth and smallmouth bass.
Premium Soft Plastic Construction
GSM produces these 5-inch baits using high-quality soft plastic that offers the perfect balance of durability and lifelike action. The material is soft enough to provide a natural feel when bass bite, yet durable enough to withstand multiple strikes and fishing in heavy cover. Each bait is consistently molded for reliable performance cast after cast. The 5-inch length is an ideal size for targeting quality bass while remaining effective across a wide range of water depths and fishing conditions.
Versatile Fishing Applications
The GSM 5" Alewife is extremely versatile and can be fished using multiple rigging techniques. It performs exceptionally well when rigged weightless, on a shaky head, Texas rigged, or Carolina rigged. The natural Alewife color makes it particularly effective during baitfish feeding periods, in clear water lakes, and when bass are keyed in on alewives or shad. Anglers can fish it with a slow, subtle presentation or add more action with twitches and hops depending on the conditions and fish activity.
8-Pack Value
This model comes in a convenient 8-pack, providing anglers with multiple baits for extended fishing trips or for replacing lost lures throughout the day. Having multiple baits on hand is especially useful when fishing in heavy cover or when bass are aggressive and tearing up soft plastics. The 8-pack offers excellent value compared to buying smaller quantities.
