The HD-009 Harrison Design Etreme Service rear sight is the answer for customers who have a Ruger® SR1911® pistol with the  adjustable rear sight. Many folks find the target sights are delicate and have sharp corners that are rough on hands, clothing, and holster when used in concealed carry applications.

The HD-009-S gives you a rugged, easy handling rear sight with a great sight picture. All edges and corners are radiused to prevent snagging on clothing or your hands. The two-piece design allows mounting on Ruger's ""Pocket-Style"" sight cut. The sight notch dimensions are our standard .140"" wide X .125"" deep. This version is a plain black sight with a serrated rear blade.
