The Kriss Vector SBR G3 in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) is a high-performance short-barreled rifle chambered in .45 ACP that combines revolutionary engineering with exceptional controllability. Featuring a compact 5.5-inch barrel and a massive 30-round magazine capacity, this Gen 3 model (KV45-3SFD00) delivers the iconic Kriss Super V recoil mitigation system in a highly maneuverable package. Finished in durable Flat Dark Earth, the Vector SBR G3 is designed for tactical professionals, serious enthusiasts, and anyone seeking one of the most innovative and controllable .45 ACP firearms available today with a modern earth-tone aesthetic.
Revolutionary Super V Recoil Mitigation System
The heart of the Kriss Vector platform is its patented Super V recoil mitigation system. This unique operating mechanism redirects recoil energy downward and away from the shooter, dramatically reducing muzzle rise and felt recoil. The result is exceptional control during rapid fire, even with the powerful .45 ACP cartridge. This technology allows shooters to maintain faster follow-up shots and better target tracking compared to traditional blowback or gas-operated firearms in the same caliber.
Compact 5.5-Inch Barrel Configuration
The 5.5-inch barrel on the Vector SBR G3 provides an outstanding balance between compactness and ballistic performance. This short barrel length makes the firearm highly maneuverable in confined spaces while still delivering the terminal performance that .45 ACP is known for. The SBR configuration offers significantly better handling characteristics than a standard pistol or carbine-length Vector, making it ideal for close-quarters work and dynamic shooting scenarios.
High-Capacity 30-Round Magazine
The Kriss Vector SBR G3 comes with a 30-round magazine, providing substantial firepower in a compact package. The high-capacity magazine is designed for reliable feeding and features a durable construction that holds up to rigorous use. This capacity gives the shooter a significant advantage in training, competition, or defensive situations where sustained fire may be required.
Premium Flat Dark Earth (FDE) Finish
This model features a professional Flat Dark Earth (FDE) finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance while offering a modern, tactical appearance. The FDE color is highly popular among shooters who prefer earth-tone firearms that blend well with a variety of environments and gear. It pairs perfectly with other FDE or Coyote Brown accessories, creating a cohesive and professional-looking build.
Gen 3 Improvements and Features
The G3 generation of the Kriss Vector incorporates several refinements over previous models. These include an improved trigger, enhanced ergonomics, and updated controls that make the platform even more user-friendly. The Gen 3 model maintains the signature low bore axis and ambidextrous controls while offering improved reliability and smoother operation across a wide range of ammunition types.
