The Lee Case Conditioning Kit includes a cutter with lock stud, chamfer tool, and primer pocket cleaner to prep brass for reloading. The all-inclusive Lee Case Conditioning Kit works on small and large primer pockets, while the cutter and lock stud are for use with Lee’s case length gauges (sold separately).
