These units replace the factory floor plate to provide an increased gripping surface without increasing the grip length. This is accomplished by filling the semi-circular cut-out in the frontstrap of the grip and a counter blending feature. It also aids in manual magazine extraction and helps prevent debris from entering the mag as well.
