Chambered in the powerful and efficient 300 PRC cartridge, the Elevation 2.0 delivers outstanding long-range performance for backcountry hunting, mountain hunts, and precision shooting applications. This rifle offers the perfect balance of reduced weight, precision engineering, and ballistic capability.

Advanced Carbon Fiber Barrel Technology

At the heart of the Proof Research Elevation 2.0 is its signature carbon fiber wrapped barrel. Proof Research is widely recognized as the leader in carbon fiber barrel manufacturing. The 20-inch barrel dramatically reduces overall rifle weight while maintaining superior rigidity, accuracy, and heat dissipation. Carbon fiber construction allows the barrel to cool faster between shots and significantly reduces mirage, giving shooters a clearer sight picture during extended range sessions. The 20-inch length provides an excellent balance between velocity and maneuverability, making this rifle highly effective for hunting in varied terrain.

300 PRC Cartridge Performance

The 300 PRC (300 Precision Rifle Cartridge) is a modern, high-performance cartridge designed specifically for long-range shooting and big game hunting. It offers excellent ballistic coefficients, flat trajectories, and impressive terminal performance on large game. When paired with the Proof Research carbon fiber barrel, the 300 PRC delivers consistent velocities and exceptional accuracy at extended distances. This cartridge provides magnum-level performance with more manageable recoil than many traditional magnums, allowing shooters to maintain accuracy during follow-up shots.

Tactical Flat Dark Earth (TFDE) Finish

The Elevation 2.0 is finished in a durable Tactical Flat Dark Earth (TFDE) color scheme that provides excellent corrosion resistance and a modern tactical appearance. This non-reflective finish helps the rifle blend into a variety of environments while protecting the action and components from the elements. The TFDE colorway gives the rifle a professional, high-end look that appeals to both hunters and tactical shooters who prefer a low-visibility finish.
