Advanced Carbon Fiber Barrel Technology

At the heart of the Elevation 2.0 is Proof Research’s renowned carbon fiber wrapped barrel. This 20-inch barrel features a precision-rifled stainless steel core wrapped in high-strength carbon fiber. The result is a barrel that is significantly lighter than traditional steel barrels while maintaining superior rigidity and accuracy. The carbon fiber construction also provides excellent heat dissipation, allowing the barrel to cool faster between shots and maintain consistent point-of-impact during extended shooting sessions. This technology gives left-handed shooters a distinct advantage in both precision rifle competitions and demanding hunting environments.

Optimized for the 7mm PRC Cartridge

The Elevation 2.0 Left Hand is chambered in 7mm PRC, a modern long-range cartridge known for its excellent ballistic performance and high energy retention. The 7mm PRC offers flat trajectories, superior wind resistance, and powerful terminal performance at extended distances. The 20-inch carbon fiber barrel is perfectly matched to the cartridge, maximizing velocity while keeping the overall rifle weight low enough for backcountry use. This combination makes the Elevation 2.0 an outstanding choice for hunters pursuing large game at long range and precision shooters seeking maximum performance.

Left-Hand Configuration

This model is specifically built as a left-hand rifle, featuring a left-hand bolt and ejection port. Left-handed shooters will appreciate the natural ergonomics and smooth operation that eliminates the need to reach across the rifle or use awkward movements. The left-hand design ensures comfortable and efficient cycling of the action, allowing left-handed shooters to maintain proper shooting form and focus on accuracy without compromise.
