Advanced Carbon Fiber Barrel Technology
Proof Research is widely recognized as a leader in carbon fiber barrel manufacturing. The Elevation MTR features a precision-rifled stainless steel liner wrapped in multiple layers of high-strength carbon fiber. This construction dramatically reduces barrel weight while maintaining superior rigidity and strength. The carbon fiber wrap also provides excellent thermal properties, allowing the barrel to cool faster between shots and maintain accuracy during extended shooting sessions. The 20-inch barrel length in 7mm Backcountry offers an excellent balance of velocity, maneuverability, and overall rifle weight, making it ideal for backcountry hunting and long-range precision shooting.
