Advanced Carbon Fiber Barrel Technology

Proof Research is recognized worldwide for its innovative carbon fiber wrapped barrel technology. This 22 Creedmoor prefit barrel features a precision-rifled stainless steel core wrapped in high-strength carbon fiber. The carbon fiber wrap dramatically reduces overall barrel weight while maintaining exceptional rigidity and accuracy. Additionally, the carbon fiber construction provides superior thermal management, allowing the barrel to cool faster between shots and maintain point-of-impact consistency during extended shooting sessions or rapid-fire strings. This makes the 129272 an excellent choice for shooters who prioritize both performance and reduced carry weight without sacrificing barrel life or precision.

Optimized for the Q Fix Rifle Platform

This prefit barrel is purpose-built to fit the Q Fix rifle system. The prefit design ensures proper headspace and alignment upon installation, making it a straightforward and reliable upgrade for Q Fix owners. The 20-inch barrel length offers an excellent balance between velocity, maneuverability, and accuracy, making it well-suited for precision long-range shooting as well as field applications. The 22 Creedmoor caliber provides flat-shooting ballistics with excellent long-range performance and manageable recoil, while the 20-inch length maximizes velocity compared to shorter barrels without adding excessive weight or length.
