The RADIAN WEAPONS AFTERBURNER + RAMJET COMBO is a premium ported barrel and compensator system specifically engineered for Glock Gen 5 and Gen 6 models, including the full-size Glock 17. This high-performance combo (model R0989) pairs Radian’s precision-machined Ramjet ported barrel with the Afterburner compensator to deliver exceptional recoil reduction and muzzle control. Finished in a striking bronze color, this system offers both outstanding functionality and a distinctive, high-end appearance that sets it apart from standard black components.
Why Choose the Radian Weapons Afterburner + Ramjet Combo for Glock 17 in Bronze?
The Glock 17 is a full-size duty and competition pistol that benefits greatly from effective recoil management. The Radian Afterburner and Ramjet system is one of the most advanced solutions available for reducing muzzle rise on the Glock platform. By integrating a ported barrel with a matched compensator, Radian has created a system that dramatically reduces felt recoil and muzzle flip without the need for a bulky compensator or extensive slide modifications. The bronze finish adds a premium, tactical aesthetic that many shooters prefer for custom builds and competition firearms. This combo is designed to work seamlessly with Glock Gen 5 and Gen 6 17 models, offering a noticeable improvement in control during rapid fire while enhancing the visual appeal of the pistol.

Performance and Build Quality
The RADIAN WEAPONS AFTERBURNER + RAMJET COMBO in bronze for the Glock 17 is built using high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques. The Ramjet ported barrel features strategically placed ports that vent gases upward, while the Afterburner compensator captures and redirects those gases to counteract muzzle rise. This integrated system provides a level of recoil control that is difficult to achieve with traditional aftermarket compensators alone. The bronze finish not only enhances the visual appeal of the firearm but also provides excellent corrosion resistance. Radian Weapons maintains strict quality standards to ensure the barrel and compensator maintain proper alignment and function reliably under heavy use. This combo is a popular upgrade among competitive shooters and those who want enhanced performance with a distinctive, premium look on their Glock 17.
