Why Choose the Radical Firearms 5.56 10.5" SBR?
The Radical Firearms SBR series is popular among shooters looking for a compact, high-capacity 5.56 rifle without sacrificing performance. The 10.5-inch barrel provides a significant reduction in overall length compared to standard carbines, making it much easier to maneuver in tight spaces such as vehicles, buildings, or home defense scenarios. Equipped with Mission First Tactical furniture, this model offers improved ergonomics and a modern tactical appearance. The 30-round magazine capacity gives users substantial firepower, while the 5.56 NATO chambering ensures widespread ammunition availability and compatibility with a wide range of optics and accessories. Radical Firearms has built a reputation for producing affordable, feature-packed AR-15 platforms, and the RF01807 continues that tradition with a well-rounded short-barreled rifle configuration.

Performance and Handling
The Radical Firearms SBR 5.56 10.5" is designed to deliver reliable performance in a compact package. The shorter barrel makes the rifle significantly more maneuverable than standard 16-inch carbines, which is especially beneficial for home defense, vehicle operations, and close-quarters training. Despite the reduced barrel length, the 5.56 NATO cartridge still provides effective terminal ballistics at typical defensive and training distances.
The inclusion of Mission First Tactical furniture enhances the overall shooting experience with a comfortable stock and grip that improve control and reduce fatigue during extended range sessions. The 30-round magazine capacity provides ample firepower for defensive or training scenarios. This SBR is well-suited for shooters who want a compact 5.56 rifle that is easy to handle while still offering the accuracy and reliability expected from an AR-15 platform. With its feature set and compact size, the Radical Firearms RF01807 is a practical choice for those seeking an affordable short-barreled rifle.
