This Remington 700 .30-06 Springfield barreled action is intended for custom rifle builds and gunsmith-finished installations. It features a 22-inch steel barrel with a black matte finish and a proven 1:10 twist rate, supporting a wide range of common and heavier .30-06 bullet weights.
 
The barrel is supplied NOT torqued to the action, allowing proper headspacing and final installation by a qualified gunsmith. A non-threaded muzzle maintains a traditional profile and supports compliance-focused or classic hunting configurations.
