16-Inch Barrel for Improved Performance

The 16-inch barrel on the Retay RA1522 offers a great balance between maneuverability and ballistic performance. Compared to shorter barrels, the 16-inch length provides increased muzzle velocity, resulting in flatter trajectories and improved accuracy at longer distances. This makes the rifle well-suited for small game hunting and target shooting beyond typical rimfire ranges. The barrel is precision-machined to deliver consistent accuracy with a wide variety of .22 LR ammunition, including standard velocity, high velocity, and subsonic loads.

Quad Rail Handguard for Maximum Customization

This version of the Retay RA1522 is equipped with a full-length quad rail handguard, providing four Picatinny rails for accessory mounting. This classic design allows users to easily attach a wide range of accessories, including red dot sights, scopes, bipods, lights, lasers, and vertical foregrips. The quad rail system offers more mounting real estate than many modern M-LOK systems, making it ideal for shooters who want maximum customization options. Whether you’re building a tactical-style rimfire rifle or simply adding practical accessories, the quad rail handguard delivers excellent versatility.

Lightweight Polymer Construction

The RA1522 features a durable black polymer stock and receiver that significantly reduces weight while maintaining strength and reliability. The polymer construction is highly resistant to moisture, chemicals, and rough handling, making this rifle well-suited for outdoor use in various weather conditions. The lightweight design improves handling and reduces shooter fatigue during extended range sessions or while carrying the rifle in the field.
