SureFire Rail Tape Switch Scout Low-Current Black Dual Plug 7" (ATPIAL Compatible) | UPC 084871332088
The SureFire Rail Tape Switch is a premium low-current remote activation switch designed for SureFire Scout series weapon lights. This black dual-plug model features a durable 7-inch cable and is specifically engineered to work seamlessly with both SureFire Scout lights and the ATPIAL (Advanced Target Pointer Illuminator Aiming Laser). The dual-plug design allows users to control two devices from a single pressure pad, making it an ideal solution for operators who run both a white light and a laser aiming device on the same firearm. Built to SureFire’s exacting standards, this rail-mounted tape switch delivers reliable performance in tactical, law enforcement, military, and professional applications.
Low-Current Design for Modern Compatibility
This Rail Tape Switch utilizes a low-current circuit that ensures full compatibility with today’s high-efficiency LED Scout lights. Older switches can sometimes cause issues with modern LED heads, but the low-current design prevents flickering, malfunction, or excessive battery drain. This makes the switch an excellent choice for users running current-generation SureFire illumination tools who demand maximum reliability and performance.
Dual Plug Functionality for Light + Laser Control
One of the standout features of this model is its dual-plug capability. The switch is designed to simultaneously control both a SureFire Scout light and an ATPIAL laser aiming device from a single pressure pad. This streamlined setup reduces clutter on the rail and allows the user to activate their white light and laser with one intuitive control. The dual-plug configuration is especially popular among tactical professionals and serious shooters who run integrated light and laser systems.
7-Inch Cable with Rail-Mount Design
The included 7-inch cable provides excellent flexibility for mounting the pressure pad in the optimal location on your handguard or rail system. The switch is designed to mount securely to Picatinny rails, allowing for precise placement that matches the user’s grip and shooting style. The cable is ruggedly constructed to withstand repeated flexing, impacts, and harsh environmental conditions commonly encountered in tactical use.
Black Finish for Tactical Applications
Finished in matte black, this Rail Tape Switch maintains a low-visibility profile that blends seamlessly with most tactical firearms and accessories. The black color is the preferred choice for users who want a uniform, non-reflective appearance on their weapon-mounted equipment. It is widely used by law enforcement, military personnel, and civilian shooters who prioritize both performance and a professional aesthetic.
