Proven Green Pumpkin Color

The Green Pumpkin color is one of the most popular and effective colors in the Zoom lineup. It features a natural green base with subtle flake that provides excellent realism and contrast. This color performs exceptionally well in clear to moderately stained water and closely mimics common baitfish and crawfish. The subtle flake adds just the right amount of flash to attract attention without being overly bright, making the Green Pumpkin Dead Ringer a reliable choice throughout the year in lakes, rivers, and reservoirs across the country.

Signature Ringed Body and Twin Tail Design

The Dead Ringer stands out from traditional worms thanks to its innovative design. The ringed body creates additional water displacement and vibration as the bait moves through the water, while the twin curly tails produce a wide, fluttering action that mimics an injured or fleeing baitfish. This combination of features generates significant vibration and visual appeal, making the Dead Ringer highly effective even when fished slowly. The unique design helps the bait stand out from standard ribbon tail or straight tail worms, often triggering more strikes from bass.

Highly Versatile Fishing Applications

The Zoom Dead Ringer 4" is an extremely versatile bait that can be fished using multiple techniques. It performs exceptionally well when Texas rigged for flipping and pitching into heavy cover, on a shaky head for fishing around rocks and wood, or Carolina rigged for covering water. Many anglers also use it as a trailer on jigs or as a standalone bait on a drop shot rig. Its compact 4-inch size makes it suitable for both largemouth and smallmouth bass in a variety of environments and water depths.

Premium Soft Plastic Construction

Zoom Bait is known for producing high-quality soft plastics that combine durability with lifelike action. The Dead Ringer is made from a super-soft yet resilient plastic formula that provides excellent hook penetration while remaining tough enough to withstand multiple strikes. Each worm is salt-impregnated, which encourages bass to hold onto the bait longer after the initial strike, dramatically improving hook-up ratios. The consistent molding ensures reliable performance on every cast, even after repeated catches.
