Zoom Bait Fluke 4" Albino | Model 015-091
The Zoom Bait Fluke 4 inch Albino (Model 015-091) is a classic soft plastic jerkbait that has become a favorite among bass anglers for its realistic action and natural appearance. This 4-inch bait is designed to imitate a fleeing baitfish with its signature darting and gliding motion when twitched. Each pack contains 10 high-quality Flukes in the translucent Albino color, making it an excellent choice for clear water fishing. The Zoom Fluke remains one of the most versatile and effective soft plastic baits available for both novice and experienced anglers.
Natural Albino Color
The Albino color features a translucent, ghostly white appearance that closely mimics the look of shad and other baitfish in clear water. This color provides a natural, low-contrast profile that bass see every day, making it highly effective in clear lakes, highland reservoirs, and when fishing in bright sunlight. The subtle translucency allows light to pass through the bait, creating a realistic, lifelike appearance that often outperforms more opaque colors in clear water conditions. The Albino Fluke is especially productive when bass are feeding on shad or when a more natural presentation is required.
Signature Darting and Gliding Action
What makes the Zoom Fluke so effective is its unique ability to dart erratically from side to side when twitched. This realistic fleeing baitfish action triggers aggressive reaction strikes from bass. When fished with sharp twitches and pauses, the Fluke glides and darts in an unpredictable manner that bass find irresistible. The bait can also be fished with a steady retrieve or used to “walk the dog” on the surface, giving anglers multiple effective presentations with a single lure. The forked tail enhances the natural swimming motion, making every twitch look incredibly lifelike in the water.
Highly Versatile Fishing Applications
The Zoom Fluke 4" Albino is an extremely versatile bait that can be fished using many different techniques. It excels as a topwater walking bait, a subsurface twitching bait, and a finesse presentation when rigged on a jig head or weighted hook. Many anglers also use it as a trailer on spinnerbaits or buzzbaits to add extra action. The 4-inch size is ideal for targeting both largemouth and smallmouth bass in a variety of environments, from shallow grass flats to deep open water.
Premium Soft Plastic Construction
Zoom Bait is known for producing high-quality soft plastics that combine durability with lifelike action. The Fluke is made from a super-soft yet resilient plastic formula that provides excellent hook penetration while remaining tough enough to withstand multiple strikes. Each bait is salt-impregnated, which encourages bass to hold onto the lure longer after the initial strike, dramatically improving hook-up ratios. The consistent molding ensures reliable performance on every cast, even after repeated catches.
