Oversized 9-Inch Design for Trophy Bass
The Mag II is Zoom’s larger version of their popular worm series. At 9 inches long, it offers significantly more profile and bulk than traditional 6-inch or 7-inch worms. This increased size makes it ideal for targeting bigger largemouth bass that prefer larger meals. The thicker body also provides superior durability when fishing around heavy cover such as wood, rocks, and thick vegetation, where quality bass often hold. The larger profile helps the worm stand out, especially when fishing in deeper water or when bass are keyed in on bigger forage.
Versatile Green Pumpkin Color
The Green Pumpkin color is one of the most popular and effective colors in the Zoom lineup. It features a natural green base with subtle flake that closely mimics common baitfish and crawfish. This color performs exceptionally well in both clear and lightly stained water, offering a realistic appearance that bass see every day. The Green Pumpkin Mag II is particularly effective when fishing around vegetation, rocky banks, and wood cover, as the natural color blends well while still providing enough contrast to trigger strikes.
Versatile Rigging Options
The Zoom Mag II 9" Worm is extremely versatile and can be fished using several proven techniques. It excels when Texas rigged for flipping and pitching into heavy cover, Carolina rigged for covering water over deep structure, or rigged on a large shaky head. Many anglers also use it as a trailer on big swimbaits or as a standalone worm for deep water fishing. Its large size and durable construction make it suitable for both heavy cover and open water situations where bigger bass are present.
Premium Soft Plastic Construction
Zoom Bait is renowned for producing high-quality soft plastics that combine durability with lifelike action. The Mag II is made from a super-soft yet resilient plastic formula that provides excellent hook penetration while remaining tough enough to withstand multiple strikes and abuse from big bass. Each worm is salt-impregnated, which encourages bass to hold onto the bait longer after the initial strike, dramatically improving hook-up ratios. The consistent molding ensures reliable performance on every cast.
