With its UPC 751981008591, the Zoom Split Tail Trailer in Silver Rainbow has become a favorite among tournament professionals and recreational fishermen who want a flashy trailer that mimics the appearance of shad and other baitfish.
Highly Reflective Silver Rainbow Color
The Silver Rainbow color is one of the most attractive and effective finishes in the Zoom trailer lineup. It features a bright silver base with multi-colored rainbow flake that creates incredible flash and shimmer as the trailer moves through the water. This color excels in clear water conditions and on sunny days when bass are actively feeding on shad or other reflective baitfish. The rainbow flake reflects light from multiple angles, creating a dynamic visual effect that helps trigger reaction strikes. Silver Rainbow is particularly effective when fishing in clear lakes, reservoirs, and rivers where bass rely heavily on sight to locate prey.
Signature Split Tail Action
The Zoom Split Tail Trailer is well-known for its effective split tail design. As the trailer moves through the water, the two tails separate and create a wide, fluttering action that closely imitates the movement of an injured or fleeing baitfish. This realistic swimming motion adds extra vibration and visual appeal to jigs, spinnerbaits, and buzzbaits. The independent movement of the split tails gives the trailer a lifelike appearance that often draws strikes from bass that might ignore a plain lure. The action remains effective at various retrieve speeds, making it a versatile trailer for many different fishing situations and techniques.
Versatile Trailer for Multiple Lures
The Zoom Split Tail Trailer Silver Rainbow is extremely versatile and works well on many different types of lures. It is a popular choice for flipping and pitching jigs, swim jigs, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, and chatterbaits. The compact size and natural action allow it to enhance the presentation of the main lure without overpowering it. Anglers frequently use this trailer to add bulk and movement to smaller jigs or to create a more enticing profile on spinnerbaits and buzzbaits, especially when targeting bass that are feeding on shad in clear water.
Premium Soft Plastic Construction
Zoom Bait is known for producing high-quality soft plastics that combine durability with lifelike action. The Split Tail Trailer is made from a super-soft yet resilient plastic formula that provides excellent hook penetration while holding up to repeated strikes and casts. Each trailer is salt-impregnated to encourage bass to hold on longer after the initial strike, significantly improving hook-up ratios. The consistent molding ensures reliable performance on every cast, even after multiple fish.
